These terms and conditions are version 1.2 and were made live on 3rd December 2020.
All orders involve personalisation. It is important that customers check that personalisations are accurate prior to completing an order. Once an order has been processed, we will not be obligated to make alterations.
Once an order has been placed, the customer will be unable to cancel the order if printing has occurred.
We reserve the right to cancel an order at any stage (example reasons include but are not limited to fulfilment issues and system errors).
Payment will be taken by card via a third party payment service, Stripe.
Transactions will appear on statements as either PostedBySanta.co.uk or PstBySanta depending on your card provider.
Delivery of orders will take place between 1st December and 24th December. Orders are sent via first class post and would be expected to arrive within 2-3 working days. Orders placed up till 3pm on the 20th December are guaranteed before Christmas Day, along with orders placed between 3pm on the 20th December and 3pm on the 23rd December, where additional postage charges apply.
Returns, except for damaged items, will not be accepted as all orders are personalised. If customers are unhappy with the product that they have received or if the product was damaged beyond use by the Royal Mail, they should contact us. Where the issue is related to product quality or damage, a replacement or full refund will be offered subject to the customer returning the product, at our cost. Any other reported issues will be handled on a case by case basis at the discretion of the business.
Any purchase made through the web sites PostedBySanta.co.uk and PostedBySanta.com will be processed and fulfilled by Posted By Santa, a trading name of Key Twelve Ltd
